Document Exchanges and Communications Policy

At Syrena Williams Legal Services, PLLC, we are committed to minimizing paper use and streamlining communication for your convenience. To ensure a smooth process, please note the following:

Electronic Communications: All possible communications and document exchanges will occur via email and/or Dropbox. This allows for efficient, secure, and environmentally friendly handling of your case.
Court Filings: Original court filings will be delivered to you by mail. Please note that our office does not retain any originals; we maintain only electronic copies.
File Access: Your entire file will be securely available on our server throughout your case and for a minimum of 90 days after our representation concludes. It is your responsibility to download and store all necessary materials before the 90-day period ends.
Original Document Storage: You are responsible for keeping all original documents for future reference. If you choose to hire new counsel, we will transfer your file to the new attorney via Dropbox.
Technical Requirements: Please ensure you have the appropriate software, such as Microsoft Office 2003 or later, and Adobe Acrobat Reader, to correctly access and use Dropbox.
